Two groups of Northwestern Law students and three faculty members traveled to Louisiana over spring break to participate in relief efforts and offer legal assistance to Gulf Coast residents and organizations. More...

 


Paying Tribute

On March 22 the Law School unveiled a wall-mounted monument in tribute to the alumni and friends who supported our record-setting fundraising campaign, "Building the Great Law School for the Changing World" (1996-2003). The monument recognizes donors who contributed $1,000 or more to the Law School over the course of the campaign. The wood-and-glass display hangs on the east wall of the Law School's Atrium, near the base of the staircase.

Small Business Opportunity Center Hosts Entrepreneurship Conference
On April 8, prominent members of the business and legal community will attend and present at a workshop conference organized by students in the SBOC to explore various issues related to entrepreneurship and small business. On April 7, the SBOC will host a teaching workshop for law school faculty and administrators highlighting cutting edge issues in entrepreneurship education. More...

Memorial Services Planned for Victor Rosenblum
The Law School will hold a memorial service over reunion weekend to honor the late Victor Rosenblum, Nathaniel L. Nathanson Professor of Law Emeritus, who passed away on March 13. The service will take place on Friday, Sept. 29. More details will be provided as they become available. More...
