Audio Visual and Room Requests

For all audio-visual needs (projection systems, microphones, overhead projection, etc.), please use our Audio-Visual Request Form. If you wish to make changes to or cancel an existing A/V request, please visit our modification page.

For audio-visual support and equipment instructions, please see the audio-visual page on the Information Technology site.

For all facilities requests (lighting, heating, repairs, etc) and moving requests, please use our Facilities Maintenance Request Form.

For building/repair emergencies, please call 3-8463 from any campus phone.

Seating charts and classroom layouts: seating charts of rooms are available on this site.

For requests pertaining to student lockers and light moving, contact the Copy Center.

Report all emergencies immediately to University Police by dialing 456 from any campus phone.
